Help us raise funds at our gala luncheon so that we can purchase our own facility/warehouse and expand our candle making business for teen trafficking survivors. Giving these girls a meaningful job goes a long way in their healing and restoration.
Want to play an even larger role in rebuilding the lives of teen trafficking victims? Become a sponsor of our gala and ballet. Table sponsorship opportunities are still available here but our printing deadline for recognition has passed.

We are thankful to Second Baptist’s North Campus and Houston Chinese Church for buying cases of our candles for their churches! If you would like to support our trafficking survivors by purchasing candles in bulk, please email info@freethecaptiveshouston.com.
Paid Summer Anti-Trafficking Internships
Free the Captives is seeking college interns (undergraduate or graduate) for our summer job program for trafficked teens. This is your opportunity to make a difference. You will be working directly with our girls as they make candles and learn skills such as budgeting, resume writing, and interviewing.
Interns must be available from June 4 to August 14, 2016 and will work 30 to 40 hours per week. They will need to have reliable transportation and find their own housing in Houston.
Only applicants who postmark their applications by Dec. 31, 2015 will be eligible for the $1000 internship stipend. Completed applications include a cover letter, resume, official or unofficial transcripts, and Free the Captives’ internship application. To request our internship application, please email info@freethecaptiveshouston.com with your name and which school you attend.
